Pack and ship
A few small habits protect your payout. Loose screens arrive cracked further, and that drops grades.
- 1 Wrap each screen individually in bubble wrap or a clamshell.
- 2 Drop your packing slip inside the box so we can match it on receipt.
- 3 Cover the FedEx label fully with clear tape so it can't tear in transit.

We count, test, and grade every screen
Counts go against your packing slip the moment your box arrives. Then every screen gets bench-tested. Here's exactly what we look for.
A
A Grade
Original screen, broken glass only.
Top payout tier
B
B Grade
Copy flex with original LCD, refurbished, or backlight spots.
C
C Grade
Original quality with damage to the home flex.
Step 4
You approve. Then you get paid.
Emailed report with our counts, grading, and the math. Approve it and payment goes within 24 hours. Defective screens are held 5 business days. Request them back any time.
